Disclaimer

The Flyfire parachute forced landing system (both consumer-level and industry-level) is only used to slow down the landing speed of the aircraft in emergencies, and does not fully guarantee that users, equipment and their ground objects and third-party loads will not be damaged when they fall.

From a global point of view, Flyfire takes the lead at home and abroad by adopting one-stop service from data exchange of flight control system to development and optimization of product structure.

Adaptive models of Manti2

Manti 2 is only suitable for DJI Mavic Pro, Mavic 2, Mavic Pro, Mavic platinum, Mavic Air, Mavic Air2. Flyfire shall not be held responsible for direct or indirect casualties and property losses caused by unauthorized installation of aircrafts other than those designated above.

Mis-ejection of parachute by Manti 2

On the designated DJI aircraft, under the original DJI aircraft without modification such as double batteries, cracked speed limit and power replacement and airworthiness conditions specified by DJI, Flyfire guarantees zero miscontact. Flying in accordance with the regulations guards the flight safety.

Safe parachute opening height of Manti 2

According to Simple List of Rescue Probability Corresponding to Feature Height, the minimum limit for safer rescue is 25 meters or more, and the comprehensive rescue probability in many cases has been enumerated. Claim settlement

In case the parachute opens incorrectly during normal flight and causes damage, do you pay for the aircraft?

Such cases can be classified as electronic failures of Flyfire products and compensation can be claimed. You need to retain the flight data, including Manti built-in flight data and aircraft flight data for Flyfire’s investigation and verification.

If my aircraft falls off when the parachute doesn't open or doesn't fully open, will you pay for it?

Flyfire aims to create a safe flight era, so our products are designed to reduce the safety risk of aircraft when it is out of control. At present, it is impossible to eliminate all risks. The Manti series are defined as aircraft safety equipment, not flight insurance, so we cannot provide claim settlement, but you can choose the refund and exchange service of Manti.

Can ordinary users simulate accidents for testing?

It is strictly forbidden for users to try this by Flyfire since your practice poses hazards, including the risk of failure to open the parachute. There will still be bumps after falling. Please keep the flight safe.

Reusable!

Manti 2L is a reusable UAV parachute. After rescue, you only need to replace the Manti top cover\ejection box\parachute. Supporting instructions are available on Bilibili, Douyin and Taobao. When fragile parts are replaced, it is forbidden to disassemble other accessories without authorization. Once found, all after-sales services are cancelled. We will not be held responsible for all accidents, consequences and responsibilities after dismantling.

Working environment

Manti 2L is suitable for altitude below 3000m. The suitable temperature range for the working environment is -10℃ - 60℃, and the wind speed should be less than 5 level through monitoring. Flyfire will not be responsible for flights beyond the above range.
